This Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work for purchases made through our official website. It works alongside our Terms of Service and mandatory consumer laws in your country. If a statutory rule gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.
Eligibility for refunds
You may request a refund for unopened dietary supplement products returned in original packaging within thirty days of delivery, unless a different minimum period applies under law in your jurisdiction. Opened products may be eligible only when we authorize an exception—for example, damage during shipping, a documented quality issue supported by batch information, or an error attributable to us.
Digital goods, if ever offered, may have separate rules stated at purchase. Subscription products follow the cancellation terms shown at signup.
Condition of returned goods
Returned items must include all components shipped (for example, outer box, inner seals, and inserts where applicable). Labels must remain intact and legible. We may refuse returns that appear tampered with, missing safety seals where required, contaminated, or stored improperly according to label instructions.
How to start a return
- Email talk@scyxaronzychakir.world with your order number, the reason for your request, and clear photos if the package arrived damaged.
- Wait for a return authorization and shipping instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
- Pack items securely with padding; include any forms we provide.
- Ship using a trackable method and retain proof of postage until your case is closed.
Refund timing and method
After we receive and inspect the return, we typically process approved refunds within seven to fourteen business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless we agree otherwise. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post credits to your account.
Shipping costs
Unless required otherwise by law or unless we made an error (wrong item shipped, defective seal before opening, etc.), original outbound shipping and return shipping costs are non-refundable. If we confirm responsibility for an error, we may provide a prepaid label or reimburse reasonable postage upon approval.
Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we can investigate and resolve the issue. Chargebacks filed without a good-faith attempt to work with us may complicate reordering and support. We cooperate with card networks when required.
EU and UK consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within fourteen days, subject to exceptions for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection when opened after delivery. Local law determines the exact scope of that right.
Non-returnable situations
We cannot refund orders lost due to an incorrect address you provided, products discarded before contacting us, or items returned without authorization beyond a reasonable time. Products purchased from unauthorized resellers are not eligible for refunds through this Policy.
